- Decide which castle(s) you want.
- Call or email to check availability, confirm price and to arrange your booking.
- We will send you a copy of the Hire Agreement along with a written confirmation of your booking through the post. If it is a last minute booking these will be provided on the day of hire.
- Check the details in your confirmation letter closely and amend with us any changes as soon as possible. If an error has been made it may NOT be possible for us to correct it at a later date due to other bookings.
- Payment is cash only payable upon delivery.
- If you need to change a booking or make a cancellation please give us as much notice as possible.
