Frequently asked questions

• What access is needed for the 65ft assault course?

To get the 65ft assault course through to the set up area we will need a minimum width access of 1mtr, we cannot lift this item up or down steps or steep inclines, it's simply too heavy.

• Can the 65ft assault course be set up on hard ground like a carpark?

Unfortunately not, the assault course needs to be set up on grass so the steel anchors can be driven into the ground unless it's going inside. It wouldn't be realistic in most cases to hold the assault course down outside with weights, each anchor point would require at least 163kg of weight to emulate a ground anchor and there are about 20 anchor points on this assault course.

• Does it come with a generator?

Many customers confuse generators with blowers, all inflatables come with blowers to inflate the item which require a fixed 13 amp power supply within 25m lead length of the set up area. If power is not available onsite you will require a generator, these are an additional item and are chargeable.

• Do you have insurance?

Yes we do! We have £5million public liability insurance, proof of which can and will be provided once a booking is made.

• Our party doesn't finish till late, how much is it for a late night pick up?

Unfortunately we do not offer a late pick up service, collections start at 6pm and where you are on route will determine the collection time. We do offer an overnight hire subject to additional cost and site security.
