Important information, area required for the Adult bouncy castle

In order for us to set up the Adult bouncy castle we will need a turfed area approximately 25ft long by 17ft wide and access to a 13amp mains supply within 25mtrs lead length. Hardstanding or fake grass are not suitable surfaces to set up on outside. Things like raised pathways which would run through the area would not be acceptable as they will damage the bouncy castle. Clear access to the set up area is also required when hiring a bouncy castle or any other inflatable from us, for this bouncy castle we would expect clear access with a minimum width of 30 inches for us to get through, No access, no hire and full payment will be due.

As with all of our inflatables and simulators the adult bouncy castle has full industry recognized safety certification for you peace of mind and as a company we carry £5million public liability insurance.

Our Adult bouncy castle can be booked over the phone or online for your convenience and our delivery and collection times for assault courses and bouncy castle hires in the home are as follows: We deliver between 8am and 12 noon and then start collections at 6pm, where you are on route will determine the actual delivery and collection times. We do not offer scheduled delivery and collection times for private hires in the home. For time sensitive events in venues or at public events we suggest you contact us direct to ensure we can accommodate the delivery and collection times.

Delivery and collection times

For standard adult bouncy castle hires in home the bouncy castle will be dropped off between 8am & 12 noon, WE DO NOT OFFER SCHEDUELED DELIVERY AND COLLECTION TIMES. Collections start at 6pm, where you are on route will determine the collection time. WE DO NOT OFFER A LATE COLLECTION SERVICE, if you require the equipment later than 6pm we can offer an overnight hire subject an overnight charge,availability, and the area being secure. When we say secure we would expect a private garden (not communal) enclosed by a 6th fence with a lockable gate.

Events held in venues are classed as time tied events, this means we have to be in and out by a scheduelled time. We suggest you contact us to check availability before booking in order to avoid disapointment.

Space and power needed

for us to set up the adult bouncy castle safely we will need a clear grassed area at least 26ft long x 17ft wide, this allows space for the blower to the rear and room so we can anchor down the inflatable and sufficient space at the front for access and egress.

For indoor events we will need the same floor space and a ceiling clearance of at lreast 16ft. Hanging lights and roof beams should also be considered.

To power the adult bouncy castle you will need one standard fixed 13amp socket within 25 mtrs lead length of the set up area. It is not permissible for us to run multiple lengths of cable.

Frequantly asked questions

What access is needed for the adult bouncy castle?

To get the adult bouncy castle through to the set up area we will need a minimum width access of 750mm which is a standard door width. We will not lift the castle up or down flights of stairs.

Can the adult bouncy castle be set up on hard ground like a carpark or patio

Sadly not. When used outside the bouncy castle needs to be set up on grass so the steel anchors can be driven into the ground, if its going in a hall its fine. It would'nt be realistic in most cases to hold the assault course down outside with weights, each anchor point would require at least 163kg of weight to emulate a ground anchor and there is about 20 anchor points on this assault course.

Does it come with a generator?

Many customers confuse generators with blowers, all inflatables come with blowers to inflate the item which require a fixed 13 amp power supply within 25m lead length of the set up area. If power is not available onsite you will require a generator, these are an additional item and are chargable.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we do! Details of our insurance can be provided once a booking is made.

Our party doesnt finish till late, how much is it for a late night pick up?

Unfortunately we do not offer a late pick up service, collections start at 6pm and where you are on route will determine the collection time. We do offer an overnight hire subject to additional cost and site security.
