Important information, size area needed to set up the party time bouncy castle
To set up the 12x12 bouncy castle we will need a clear grassed area about 23ft long by 16ft wide, this is to allow for the required free space arond the inflatable. A fixed 13amp mains socket within 25mtrs lead length is also needed. Hardstanding or fake grass are not suitable surfaces to set up on outside. Things like raised pathways which would run through the area would not be acceptable as they will damage the bouncy castle. To deliver your bouncy castle we need clear access to the set up area, for this bouncy castle we need a clear access width of at least 30 inches so we can get through, No access, no hire and full payment will be due.

All of our bouncy castles can be booked online for the customers convenience or over the phone, please be aware our standard delivery times for bouncy castle hires in the home are: We deliver between 8am and 12 noon and then start collections at 6pm, where you are on route will determine the actual delivery and collection times. We do not offer scheduled delivery and collection times for private hires in the home.
