Capri Marquee hire
Jump’in Jacks are pleased to announce the launch of the new Marquee hire service.
Our Capri Marquees can be used for functions with enclosed walls or with open sides for shade or shelter at public events.
We currently offer two sizes of Capri Marquee which are 20x30ft and 28x38ft.
The 20x30ft marquee can accommodate up to 75 guests standing or around 42 seated at 4ft diameter tables.
The 28x38ft marquee can accommodate up to 100 guests standing or a maximum of 80 people seated around 5ft diameter tables.
Standard hire packages include floor coverings, and a set number of tables and chairs without covers. Extras such as dance floors and uplighters are available at an additional cost.
Our marquees are suitable for small weddings, birthday parties, family get togethers, or just to provide some shelter or shade at other gatherings.
Site requirements for and restrictions for Capri Marquees
To set up the Capri marquee we will require a flat grassed area at least 10ft bigger in both directions of the stated size of the marquee hired, with no trees or other overhead obstacles.
The Capri marquee must be set up on grass, it cannot be set up on hardstanding of any type due to its design and anchorage requirements. The site should be free from underground services such as gas or water pipes or electrical cables to avoid damage when anchoring (we cannot be held responsible for damaged services we cannot see)
Like any temporary structure there is a maximum wind speed the marquee can be set up in, the Capri marquee’s maximum limit is 40 mph including gusts.
Marquee hire times
Due to the nature of the item and its intended use we have to take a pragmatic approach towards delivery and collections. Venues will often only make the site available at certain times for us to set and dismantle the marquee due to other events they may have booked in. In this case we would do our best to work with the customer and venue.
For events held on private property we would generally set up the day before the event and dismantle and remove the marquee the day after. This gives the customer time to arrange decor and power before their event and gives them time to clean up and remove any items not supplied by us before we dismantle and remove the marquee.
Delivery areas
We provide marquee hire throughout the West Midlands but mainly supply Birmingham, Solihull, Bromsgrove, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Kidderminster and Bewdley. We can supply other areas if required.
